These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kipp app ("Kipp", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Kipp, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Kipp and capable of forming a binding agreement.
Kipp is an AI-powered coaching app that provides general guidance on training, recovery, and nutrition based on the information you and your connected services provide. Coaching is generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or incorrect.
Not medical advice. Kipp is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, or treatment advice. Its coaching — including any interpretation of bloodwork or other health data — is for general wellness and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified health provider before making changes to your training, nutrition, supplementation, or medical care, and seek immediate care for any medical concern. If something feels wrong, stop and seek help. You use Kipp's guidance at your own risk.
You may connect third-party services (e.g., Apple Health, Strava, Garmin). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. Some integrations may be unofficial or change without notice, and we cannot guarantee their availability or accuracy.
Kipp is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, they will be offered through the applicable app-store billing and disclosed before purchase.
Kipp and its content are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the data you provide; you grant us a license to process it to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Kipp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from your reliance on the app's guidance.
You may stop using Kipp and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be set], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
